Fluor is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven IT Hardware Asset Management Specialist to join their global IT operations team. This role focuses on ensuring hardware asset records are accurate, supporting process consistency, and providing support for global initiatives related to asset lifecycle management. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams to improve visibility, cost control, and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or related operational support roles
- Proficiency with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Archibus)
- Strong understanding of computing hardware, technology systems, and asset lifecycle strategies
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong understanding of international teams and U.S. time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
