Assured Guaranty is seeking a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Summer Intern to assist with day-to-day operations including helpdesk support, IT asset management, and PC/Laptop/Mobile Device deployments. The intern will gain practical knowledge in IT processes, incident resolution, and key systems like ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. Interns will assist with hardware/software troubleshooting, deployments, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
  • Document all incidents in ServiceNow
  • Configure and deploy Windows desktops and mobile devices
  • Plan, organize, and reconcile IT hardware assets
  • Monitor Microsoft Teams performance
  • Provide QA testing
  • Helpdesk User Experience Enhancements (FAQ creation, Self Service Portal)
  • Candidate Background and Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA, PC hardware, mobile devices, Windows 10 skills)
