IT Helpdesk Summer Intern 2026

Assured Guaranty is seeking a Summer Intern to assist with IT operations, including helpdesk support, asset management, and deployment of IT resources. The intern will gain experience in day-to-day IT operations and learn about Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and VMware virtualization. This is a paid internship, providing a breakfast, lunch, and dinner stipend.

Requirements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
• Document all incidents into ServiceNow (Ticketing System)
• Configure and deploy Windows desktops
• Manage, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices
• Monitor PC/Laptop/Mobile Device performance
• Implement desktop PC and VDI performance monitoring
• Manage, troubleshoot, and deploy VDI
• Participate in candidate background and qualifications screening.
