We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to support the Nordic region, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd level systems support, maintenance, and administration within the organization's computing environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Extensive knowledge of equipment support (laptops, mobile devices, etc)
- Experience with using a ticketing system (i.e ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
