IT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - (TECHNICAL MANAGER III)

The IT Operations Specialist position is critical for supporting the Regional Information Technology Manager, Central Office, Bureau of Information Processing section and unit managers. This role involves daily operational duties, IT application support, network troubleshooting, system administration, and Liaison with IT staff, ensuring compliance with Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) requirements. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow and Windows batch scripting.

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology OR Completion of two years of college PLUS two years of experience.
• Experience with Windows Batch Script and Powershell.
• Basic knowledge of PMI, ITIL, and/or Agile methodologies.
