The SIAM Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining the architectural blueprint that underpins the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function at Burberry.
Requirements
- Define and maintain the high-level service and solution architecture for the SIAM function
- Provide architectural oversight for service management capabilities
- Lead the design of technology and process architectures
- Develop and maintain the business and process architectural principles
- Define the architectural framework for all SIAM tooling
- Establish and govern design standards for service architecture
- Define the data architecture for service management
