Integral Partners is seeking a highly motivated IT Service Desk Specialist to support Tier 1-3 customer issues. This role involves maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, resolving hardware and software problems, and collaborating with the IT Service Desk Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT Service Desk Environment providing technical end-user support
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in an IT-related field, or Work Experience as substitute
- Experience using a Help Desk ticketing system like Salesforce, Remedy, or ServiceNow
- Windows OS Support Experience
- Apple iOS Support Experience
- Azure VDI / Citrix Experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Exchange
- Printer Administration Experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail in setting up equipment
- Organizational skills in managing multiple projects/tasks
- High levels of maturity and professionalism
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
