ValidaTek is seeking an IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator to manage the Ivanti Service Management ecosystem supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) or equivalent enterprise IT operations. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, functionality, and performance of Ivanti systems and maintaining data integrity while supporting ServiceNow best practices. Collaboration with IT leadership, IT operations, and enterprise stakeholders is crucial for enhancing service delivery and improving user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Administer and manage Ivanti Service Manager, Voice Server, Asset Manager, and Change Manager.
  • Design and maintain data models and mappings for ITSM databases.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk leadership to refine ticket categorization, prioritization, and escalation workflows.
  • Design and generate custom reports to track Service Desk performance metrics.
  • Experience managing system configurations, workflows, and data migrations in a multi-tier ITSM environment.

Requirements Summary

4+ years of ticketing system management. Experience with Ivanti Service Manager, Voice Server, and Change Manager. Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and database administration
