Wrist is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to improve and optimize their IT processes. The role involves process governance, product ownership, and continuous improvement, collaborating with various teams. The specialist will focus on delivering effective service delivery and supporting a functioning IT setup in a Manila office, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and Operations in Denmark.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with IT processes
  • Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Experience with ITSM products (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)
  • ITIL 4 certification (Foundation level preferred)
  • Project management experience (PMP, Prince2)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Experience with IT service continuity planning
  • Background in technology operations/support
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience with Danish or European cultures
