This IT Services Co-op position focuses on supporting and project responsibilities within the Information Systems (IS) Department, performing both technical support and infrastructure responsibilities. The role involves user support, hardware maintenance, network administration, device deployment, and documentation. Interns will contribute to impactful projects and develop new management approaches on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Currently performing coursework in Computer Sciences or a related field.
- Possess a service orientation and attitude in working with others.
- Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects.
- Possess an aptitude toward learning technical concepts.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and accounting practices.
- Possess a working knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010 and at least one software package in each of the following categories: word processor and spreadsheet.
