APS is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst II/III to own the development, support, and optimization of their ServiceNow platform. This role involves platform design, lifecycle management, performance monitoring, customer consultation, and compliance with ServiceNow governance models. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in ServiceNow administration and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, or development.
- Strong background in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), data integrations, APIs, and general IT solution design.
