Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
  • Ability to read and interpret logs and technical information
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
