IT Support Engineer

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company that provides analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries. We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide IT Infrastructure support to users based at supported sites across the UK and Ireland.

Requirements

• Provide desk-side and remote support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
• Adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
• Set up, configure and install new PCs and associated equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide local support for desktop, server and network infrastructure equipment.
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
• To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the Company Standard.
• Participate in covering on-site and off-site support, which may be as part of a shift rotation.
• Prepare technical proposals for improvement together with line manager.
• Creation and maintenance of working documentation, for example, SOPs and FAQs.
