Concentrix is seeking an IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to support daily operations of their internal IT development teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of rudimentary IT Support (Windows, PCs, MS Office, Customer Service)
- Good phone skills
- Good documentation skills
- Able to learn on the fly
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
