Concentrix is seeking an IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to support daily operations of their internal IT development teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of rudimentary IT Support (Windows, PCs, MS Office, Customer Service)
  • Good phone skills
  • Good documentation skills
  • Able to learn on the fly
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
