Omnicell is seeking a Level 2 End User Support Specialist to join their IT team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, managing IT assets, and enhancing service delivery through the ITSM platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, assisting with system maintenance, identifying recurring problems, and providing expert support to end users.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ServiceNow proficiency, ITAM understanding, and basic network/office software knowledge are required. Technical experience and proficiency in Windows/Mac are also essential
