Postman is seeking a highly technical IT System Administrator to join their team, providing support to Postmanauts in need of help. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and maintaining endpoint systems, workstations, and applications. This is a front-line role with a focus on providing excellent tech support and ensuring smooth operations for Postman’s Global IT infrastructure, with onsite work at their Banglore office three days a week.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with productivity and collaboration tools (GSuite, Okta, Slack, Jamf, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SaaS Applications, GSuite, Okta, Slack, Jamf, Intune, Mac OS, and Windows OS.
- Experience using ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation skills.
