Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Comprehensive knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or work streams
- Safe stakeholder management on the management level
- Routine in pre-sales or tender processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Enthusiasm, responsibility, and willingness to take on new challenges
