Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

GovCIO is hiring a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This hybrid remote position requires significant ServiceNow experience and expertise in ITSM best practices. The role involves design, development, administration, and support of ServiceNow modules and applications, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining security configurations.

Requirements

• US citizenship required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
