GovCIO is seeking a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center proposal. This hybrid remote position will focus on ITSM strategy, service delivery, and developing ServiceNow modules and applications. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, and requires US citizenship to qualify for a Top Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- US citizenship required for Top Secret Clearance
- 3 - 5 years of IT experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
- Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Experience with REST, SOAP services
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
