Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Junior Application Analyst or Service Desk
- previous experience in supporting applications
- General knowledge on Cloud concepts
- Knowledge on basic SQL & API
- General knowledge of desktop computing
- Active Directory and User Account Management
- Basic Network and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical support issues
- Excellent customer Service communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Familiar with the concepts of an ITSM ticketing platform (preferably ServiceNow) – Incident, change and SLA management knowledge.
