Epiroc is seeking a Junior End User Support Specialist to provide efficient support services to end users across regions, ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in service desk operations, customer support, or shared service environments.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in service desk operations, customer support, or shared service environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware (laptops, desktops, accessories).
  • Expertise in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT systems like ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Networking basics (IP, LAN, WAN, VPN).
  • Mobile device support (Samsung & Apple).
  • Knowledge of PC management software (remote support, OS imaging).
  • Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Customer-focused and business-oriented.
  • Independent, proactive, and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
