Junior LIMS IT Support Technician – Crystal Reports

SGS is seeking a Junior LIMS IT Support Technician – Crystal Reports to join their Corporate IT team. This role involves maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Crystal Reports-based solutions, ensuring high-quality reporting and data accuracy for laboratory operations across a global network. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in Crystal Reports, SQL development, and application support.

Requirements

• Graduate or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Crystal Reports (version 9.0 and above).
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL).
• Strong SQL development skills, including performance tuning.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful reports.
• Experience with application support tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
