Experian is a global data and technology company recruiting a Junior Operations Analyst to join their UK&I IT Operations Team. The role involves providing L1 and L1.5 support to internal and external customers, monitoring live services, and contributing to the improvement of the Operations Centre.

Requirements

  • Perform monitoring of live services, applications and infrastructure.
  • Call handling from internal and external clients
  • Log and process incidents according to the Incident Management process
  • Respond/Action events received according to the directions given within a corresponding knowledge article
  • Ensure the appropriate prioritisation of incidents to allow actions and the avoidance of service level breaches.
  • Participate in post incident reviews following a major event/incident
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Operations Centre and the technical service which it delivers.
