KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST/SERVICENOW DEVELOPER is seeking a ServiceNow background to support a customer in Stafford, VA. The role involves designing, developing, and administering workflows, catalog items, and custom applications to optimize service requests, change management, and reporting. This is a contract position, with a focus on ServiceNow expertise.
Requirements
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Develop and customize catalog items, variables, variable sets, and flows.
- Administer user roles, groups, and custom permissions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years ServiceNow experience & proficiency. ServiceNow Admin/Dev certifications needed. Security Clearance at Top Secret/SCI level
