We are looking for a Lead System Configuration Engineer to join our Enterprise Tooling Team and integrate our key platforms into ServiceNow via the ITOM module. The team will work on implementing ITOM modules with a strategic partner and will be exposed to our cloud environment setup and enterprise tooling.
Requirements
- Experience working with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience owning projects and making logical decisions
- Experience tuning and improving monitoring and alerting processes
- Experience using CMDB, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in scripting languages and experience with monitoring tools
- Experience in ITIL methodology and configuration of IT Service Management
- Experience in leading Technical Reviews and End User Trainings
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and cloud management
