DXC Technology is seeking a Lead Consultant Financial Services to lead digital transformation initiatives for Financial Services clients in Poland. The role demands a seasoned expert with a strong background in the Financial Sector, specializing in Account Development. The Lead Consultant will lead business development efforts, conduct detailed business analyses, and engage with stakeholders to deliver significant business value and impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services, in a transformational role with the right understanding of business processes and transformation needs or service delivery role.
- A minimum of 4 years of business development roles.
- A minimum of 5 years in business consultancy or advisory roles.
- Proficient in requirements elicitation, engineering, and exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from CxO to technical expert levels and conveying complex concepts clearly at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the capacity to devise innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Adept in complex stakeholder management, skilled at negotiating and maintaining robust working relationships.
- Proficiency in Polish and English languages is required
