Requirements
- 8+ years in project management
- Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean) with implementation programs
- Deep understanding of Technical Support lifecycle
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence) and alerting tools (PagerDuty)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
