Requirements

  • 8+ years in project management
  • Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean) with implementation programs
  • Deep understanding of Technical Support lifecycle
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence) and alerting tools (PagerDuty)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
