We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead HR Systems Specialist to join our Global HR Systems team. The role will provide routine system administration and ongoing maintenance and testing of HR systems including Workday, Cornerstone LMS, and ServiceNow. The role plays a vital part in providing functional and technical knowledge to support system configuration and focuses on continuous improvement of system and operational processes to drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and support a superior employee experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Workday system configuration experience in at least 2 modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
- 3+ years in core HR processes (e.g., Comp, HCM, payroll, tax, benefits, recruiting)
- 2+ years in case management; troubleshooting/providing level 2 support
