Mayo Clinic's Mayo Collaborative Services Data & Analytics Services Unit is seeking a Lead IT Application Analyst to oversee the operation of the MCS Support Team. The role involves managing the teams handling the MCS products, ensuring reliable and performant systems, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge analytical solutions in the cloud. The analyst will collaborate with various teams, establishing SOPs and driving digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Lead the team responsible for day-to-day operations of the MCS products
  • Manage the team that maintains interfaces between PEaRLS, MayoACCESS, MayoLink, and external systems
  • Manage the team that maintains data pipelines that populate the MCS Data Factory
  • Oversee the team responsible for delivery and maintenance of operational reports and analytics dashboards
  • Monitor the health and performance of the MCS products
  • Manage ServiceNow Configuration Items, Incident queues, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Break/Fix queues
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalation to the appropriate build teams
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Create and curate Knowledge Base (KB) articles
  • Coordinate production releases
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to support team members
