Lead, IT Governance and Communications

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Centre for IT Services (CITS) seeks an experienced Manager to lead IT Project Governance and Communication Strategy, shape the overall IT Governance framework, and elevate CITS’s communications capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimally 8 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on IT Governance and PMO.
• Experience in Project Management, Change Management and Management Reporting.
• Certified in ITIL, ISO 20000 or PMP is desired.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders’ management skills.
• Ability to think critically and to facilitate, influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
