Synechron is seeking a Level 2 Market Data Support Engineer to join their back-office support team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to process improvements to maintain the stability and security of market data systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Windows Server management and troubleshooting
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Unix/Linux environments
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA for incident tracking
