Responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other endpoint devices. Also, manages service requests, events, and standby support. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT desktop support
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, Basic IP Telephony and VMWare Horizon Environment, NextThink, Logitech AV equipment, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, SolarWinds, IPSentry
- Having ITIL certification and Agile Methodology knowledge, work experience is similar industry (semicon, manufacturing) is an advantage
