The Managed Service Transition Coordinator will ensure a seamless transition of Application Managed Services from a current team to the Managed Service Organization, coordinating the end-to-end transition process in alignment with ITIL best practices. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution to ensure continuity and quality of a service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Strong project management background
- Excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Strong capabilities related to ITSM software (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT service management
