Management Consultant for ServiceNow Employee Experience and Human Resources (HR) Solutions

ServiceNow is seeking a Management Consultant to join their Human Resources and Employee Service Management Solutions teams. This role involves providing expert advisory services to clients, leveraging ServiceNow’s platform to improve their digital transformation, and building strong client relationships. The Consultant will be focused on delivering solution guidance, business acumen, and industry knowledge to client organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management consulting experience
• At least 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Certified ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HR Professional Suite, Workplace Service Delivery Accreditation, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical aptitude
• Fluency in English
