This position is for a Manager of ITPS Vendor Management to track and manage relationships with strategic vendors delivering IT Professional services within the Bank's portfolio. The role involves creating a framework for effective vendor management, ensuring compliance with Group Key Risk Owner Standards and conducting external audits. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive best value and optimize the ServiceNow platform.
