Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Cognos, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow
• Proven ability to manage and deliver reporting solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements
• Experience leading projects or initiatives related to HR operations or reporting
