The role involves assigning tasks, handling administrative duties, processing payrolls, managing payroll tax reporting, and ensuring compliance. It requires a background in payroll processing and accounting principles, as well as experience in supervisory or business processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and payroll principles.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
• Good oral and writing skills.
• Experience in payroll processing, payment distribution, payroll tax reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Experience in supervisory capacity.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing employee guidance on pay related matters.
