Manager, Benefits Administration

Nutrien is seeking a Manager, Benefits Administration to lead the global execution and continuous improvement of its employee benefits programs. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring systems and processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with plan requirements. The manager will oversee benefits administration across the US, Canada, and international operations, along with project oversight and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15 employees.
• Ensure team readiness through training and performance management.
• Own the configuration and operation of global benefits administration systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce, EZLabor, ServiceNow, CanadaLife).
• Drive enterprise-level process design to streamline benefits administration.
• Oversee benefits administration across the U.S., Canada, Trinidad, and future global expansions.
• Manage audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Champion continuous process improvement to elevate operational efficiency and employee experience.
