ServiceNow is seeking a Manager for their Expert Services organization within AMS to lead a team focused on delivering high-quality ServiceNow platform work for customers. This role involves consulting, advisory guidance, and implementation across the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on ITOM and ITAM core capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Significant consulting experience for complex, global delivery organizations.
- Technical delivery and architectural experience with ServiceNow Platform capabilities (ITOM and/or ITAM).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of eight or more employees.
