Manager, HR Shared Services

Netflix is seeking a Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) Manager in Manila to lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, leveraging internal capabilities, and adopting innovative solutions to optimize the talent/HR services at scale, from recruiting to offboarding. The position focuses on employee experience, people over process, and a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle processes
• Strong knowledge of tools used in the Talent/HR lifecycle - Workday (preferably), Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
