Manager ICT Governance & Compliance

Snam is seeking a ICT Governance & Compliance Manager to lead a team focused on digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability. The role involves overseeing the implementation, improvement, coordination, and reporting of all aspects related to the IT internal control system and compliance, including audits, policy updates, and compliance requirements. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Management Engineering, Economic and management of information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in consulting.
• Knowledge of IT risks and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of general and sector-wide regulatory context (e.g., 262, GDPR, 231, NIS, AI act, CSRD).
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001).
• Excellent mediation and integration skills.
• Possess certifications CISA, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC, COBIT, ISO27000 LA, ISO22301 LA
• Knowledge of procedures and procedures required by third parties.
• Knowledge of main technological platforms (e.g. SAP).
• Knowledge of governance/Compliance solutions (e.g. SAP GRC, Archer, Servicenow, Sailpoint).
• Good knowledge of English.
