Manager, Product Design

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Product Design to lead the design and execution of a platform that will revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics. This role involves managing a team, driving UX vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and ensuring a collaborative company culture. The position requires a strong focus on user-centric design and product evolution.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
• Minimum 14+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design
• Strong skills in Information Architecture
• Portfolio of work samples representing design approach
• Expertise in one or more of the following enterprise product spaces
• Ability to do rapid prototyping in tools like Axure, Keynote, Framer, Principle
• Ability to understand complex problems into solutions
• Experience creating content and/or designing with compliance to WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (a plus)
