Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (a plus)
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management configuration and administration
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
