Vodafone is looking for a Manager_ServiceNow Designer_Pune to join their VOIS team in Pune, India. The role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, as well as collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless testing and communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
- Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow complex Integrations
- Advanced Knowledge of ServicePortal
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good knowledge about different SCDL
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Experience of leading a team will be an advantage
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
