The Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform within the organization. This leadership role requires a understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) and the ability to effectively manage a team of ServiceNow developers and Business Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 and maximum 10 years of experience in ITSM&ITOM, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role overseeing ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent certifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
