Medical Imaging Support Consultant

You will handle client-reported incidents, analyze symptoms, and qualify software anomalies. Ideal candidate has a Bac +2/5 degree in Computer Science and +5 years of experience in supporting complex systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supporting complex systems
• Bac +2/5 degree in Computer Science
• Master Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid technical skills on operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtual environments (VMware, Citrix), IP networks, database environments (SQL Language, Oracle), storage systems and backup devices (RAID, SAN, NAS, DAS, archives HSM, VEEAM backup), and high-availability systems and infrastructure (Volume Manager, Load Balancer)
• Professional level of English (especially in writing)
• Familiarity with the functioning of a radiology service, and knowledge of PACS solutions and their architecture
• Master ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
