Messaging and Collaboration Cloud Architect

NTT DATA is seeking a highly experienced Messaging and Collaboration Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 based solutions. This role focuses on architectural decision-making, ensuring alignment with business goals, and providing strategic guidance across service towers. The architect will also mentor and grow internal support staff on messaging and collaboration features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on messaging and collaboration platforms.
• 5+ years experience in Microsoft 365 services and licensing models (G5 entitlements, Copilot, Purview, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune).
• 2+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and configuration item tracking.
• 2+ years experience in PowerShell and scripting for data analysis and cloud tenant administration.
• 3+ years experience with mobile device management using ABM and ZT for both BYOD and company owned devices - Intune and Workspace One.
• 2+ years experience in M65 Information Rights Management
