We are seeking a Mgr, Software Engrg Mgmt to lead the design, development, and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9-11+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML/GenAi Solutions. They will be responsible for hiring and onboarding a new scrum team, building high-quality code, and contributing to the design and implementation of new products and features.
Requirements
- 9 - 11+ overall exp.
- 3+ years of experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
- Proven experience in developing highly scalable enterprise applications
- Proven experience in developing AI-driven enterprise features
- Strong working experience with JavaScript (server side)
- Working experience developing applications with Relational Databases (MySQL, MariaDB etc)
- Working experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a big plus
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
