GovCIO is hiring for an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support to federal customers. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of IT equipment, supporting customer IT needs, and ensuring systems and processes are running efficiently. The position requires travel to St. Thomas, USVI.

Requirements

  • Provide support for all onsite IT activities
  • Consult with support teams, desks, and customers
  • Coordinate and perform system maintenance and upgrades
  • Instill, troubleshoot, and maintain networks/servers
  • Troubleshoot product failures and order replacements
  • Remote troubleshooting and repairs
  • Provide on-call support for ServiceNow ticketing
  • Assist with physical inventory
  • Remote support for mobile devices
  • Local On-Site Cabling

Requirements Summary

High school diploma with 2-5 years experience; US Citizenship and a CS degree/equivalent (or relevant experience). Must be able to handle a public trust clearance
