We're looking for someone with an enterprise-scale technical support background to work at the Lloyds banking Group Tech Bar and provide outstanding IT support. As a technical support guide, you'll work as part of a team where your diagnostic skills and communication with the customers and technical teams will be crucial to deliver an outstanding support experience.
